The SEO Strategy
Performing detailed keyword research and a comprehensive competition analysis, we were able to develop a strategy optimising for a wealth of strong keywords. After implementing the precise and extensive on-site SEO changes, we then performed select Off-site SEO techniques, chosen to complement the foundation we had established by the on-site changes.

SEO Campaign Brief & Overview
Our client Sharpe Properties, based in Long Eaton, Nottingham, were well aware of this years credit crunch, being in the worst hit sector. They knew they had to invest their marketing campaign budget very wisely. With SEO being the most cost effective form of marketing, combined with M-organic SEO's internationally competitive pricing, we were exactly what they needed to bring in new business while lowering overheads.
This campaign had to complement their new site. Sharpe Properties new website was a dynamic database driven site, regularly being up dated with new properties. When they added a new property for sale, let or development, these generated pages had to optimised automatically and effectively.
It was very important to our client that we could take full responsibility of the on-line marketing campaign and liaise directly with their chosen web design company Trinity Designs. This allow my client to focus his time on running his business.
The primary objective was to increase awareness of all there services within the surrounding areas.Services included Estate Agents, letting Agents and Building Services.
The Campaign
Estate/letting agents are in one of the most competitive SEO markets. The first page of Google completely dominated by the Property Web2.0 Giants. We knew we had to provide a very efficient and effective strategy, as we only had a relatively small budget. By individually optimising all the static pages within the site we could capture highly relevant but the less predictable long tail keywords.
The Sharpe Property website is regularly updated with new properties for sale and to let. It was important that we provided an efficient solution to automatically generate the title and meta tags to support the desired keywords within the content. These desired keywords would be apart of our overall strategy.
With the implementation of a dynamic XML site map, automatically sent to Google when ever any properties were added, ensured all our hard work was up to date.
We performed a wealth of off-site SEO techniques to increase relevancy and page ranking, while providing additional routes for potential clients. These SEO techniques included 600+ directory submissions (including Google maps), social bookmarking and blogging.
The Results
Despite the incredibly high competition of the Estate and letting agents, we have created a successful an on and off site campaign which didn’t compromise on the design of the site. Since the start of the campaign we has recorded steady growth every month in the quality and quantity of the traffic, via search engines and referring sites, regardless of the stagnation in the housing market.

The Campaign
It was important we had an efficient, effective and highly relevant SEO campaign. Avoiding our focus the most popular single words “flags” or “banners” which are high competition and not 100% relevant. “Flags” competing with huge sites of world flag and ready made flags. Also “Banners” competing with internet website banners. We had to go for keywords that were 100% relevant to the core products and services.
With this being a new business we had to generate traffic and sales in a relatively short amount of time. With a relatively small site with not much content to optimise we have ensure we chose the correct keywords.
